Phase 2

Plumbing additions or repair (if applicable)

• Soto & Son's plumbers will make the necessary additions to the plumbing of your pool and ensure that your pool plumbing is watertight by performing a pressure test.

Repair or replace Kool Deck (if applicable)

• If your deck is in poor shape, Soto & Son's will make your entire deck look uniform and beautiful as it was when it was new.

Replace pool deck with travertine or pavers (if applicable)

• This step requires a bit of demo first if you are replacing existing Kool Deck with custom stone. Laid on a compacted sand base.

Replace waterline tile and apply grout

• Removing the waterline tile and preparing this surface for new tile. Apply new tile and or stacked stone. Apply grout and cure.

Final inspections before resurfacing

• A trained technician will inspect your shell and work completed thus far and repair any imperfections if needed.
